Neighbor have been seeing a white squirrel in the neighborhood. I put peanuts on the front porch from time to time and some of the squirrels will come right up to ya. Well lo and behold this afternoon the white came up and looked right at myself before getting a nut and went a few feet away and ate it. They are cute little boogers but we have to keep cayenne pepper in the flowerpots LOL

The chances of seeing a true albino (with pink eyes) is about 1 in 100,000. If you saw one with black eyes, that one would be a gray squirrel with mutated genes. If that one mates with another white one you may see some more white ones. They like not only nuts but small scraps of vegetables, meat and eggs. I've never seen a white squirrel but have seen some white deer which were not albinos.
