My favorite time of year has finally arrived. I'm looking forward to cooler days and nights along with the beautiful red, yellow, and copper colors of trees and falling leaves.

I reckon we are all on a downhill slide Psycho. Sometimes it is hard to keep trying to put on the brakes when it seems all those around me who pass on are younger than I am. My greatest hope is that when our Lord returns for us that none of our loved ones are left behind.

I threw my back out on the 13th by stretching my legs of all things...I can walk around the block now, but still have severe spasms. Hopefully it won't be for months before it stops.

Seen my heart DR yesterday said he will see me again in six months. So I guess I am doing pretty well on that end LOL. My leggs is the big problem, they ach so bad sometimes I could cut them off LOL. But the good Lord must still have a use for me being here and that ends that "snort"

Went to lung dr today, says that they are 85 plus percent. thats good at 80 LOL

Could not sleep all night long due to neck pain and resultant one sided headache, could not position head or neck in any way to lessen it. Weak, light headed and nauseated today, tried partial bottle of Boost, gut could not tolerate it so it is a saltine crackers & sips of water, maybe some ginger ale or Pepsi, day for me. I just realized it is full moon again so if I can survive this sick feeling I'll recover in about 3 days and be able to sleep at night.
