Sunshine - for various reasons I'm not able to access the board where we were discussing washers - "fatal error" or "unsafe", etc.; therefore, I do not know whether or not you replied concerning the pic you posted. I wondered if that was an agitator or an impeller. I'm still trying to find a suitable new replacement or parts and someone to repair the old one - no luck so far. Salespeople tell me there will be new models of most makes available after Labor Day but they will likely cost much more. I'm hoping some less "new fangled" models will be available.
