My magnolia tree has never bloomed, don't know why, maybe it needs a mate. I've been admiring the beauty of tiny 1/4" to 1/2" yellow, white, and purple flowers blooming from weeds coming up in my lawn and 3 leaf clover seemingly everywhere in shade under oak trees.

Thank you for the info. I'm guessing the problem is excess shade from so many other taller trees.
