There are open terrorist calls on Twitter. There are livestreamed rape videos on Facebook. Twitter lets ANTIFA and other lefties call for the assassination of Trump, the harassment of Republicans, open threats to people on the right, blatant racism, etc. All of those get to stay, although an occasional member might get a timeout of 12 hours once in awhile to give the appearance they aren't biased.

If somebody (say, like a stooge sending unworkable mailbombs to a bunch of people who have been stirring up hatred and inciting violence against their political opponents), they'll scrub the accounts clean so nobody can find any evidence that the biased social media ever had a chance to figure out that the perp was a violent hater of a party, group or race.

But when a crank goes off on one of the social media sites that aren't blessed by the PC crowd, it doesn't matter what that site does in reaction, they're dumped, pushed by the PC bunch for total closure, demonetized, deplatformed, etc.

In this case, the synagogue shooter was on Gab. Nothing he said gave any indication that he might do something stupid. His last post was the closest to it. But it was the only one, and it was very non-specific. Yet the site took his account down, saved everything on it that he'd posted and contacted the FBI. So they need to go because of one violent kook. Maybe if they'd had groups of blacks and Muslims with videos showing the rapes they'd committed then things would be different. Maybe if they'd had whole groups calling for jihad against the US and Europe, they'd be called to testify at Congress and let off the hook. Maybe if they'd suspended people on the right for saying words weak-minded leftists cry about.

It's not going away. But the games they play with this gets really old. The last time this happened it was over a post by a guy who got kicked off within minutes of saying a couple of things that are against the TOS and illegal as well. It was up just long enough for a fascist stooge to make a screenshot they sent to Google, who then took action to pressure others to get their hosting service (Microsoft) to drop them.

Attorneys don't know as much about the law as lawyers do and Ben Shapiro is just an attorney. So, yeah.
